How do I log in to my Customer Account?

To log in to your Customer Area, click here. Enter your e-mail address (the one used when placing your order) and click on “First login”. You will then receive an SMS with your temporary password.

Where can I find my payment schedule?

FLOA will send you the payment schedule by e-mail after approval of your request for payment in instalments1, and then 8 days before each instalment is due. You can also find all your payment schedules in your Customer Account here.

How do I pay an amount owing?

1/ By yourself:
• by clicking on the most recent payment link sent to you by e-mail or SMS;
• on your FLOA Customer Account by clicking on "pay an amount owing".

2/ By contacting our services +33 (0)9 69 79 25 592 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday

Can a payment in 3 or 4 times be refused ?

The buyer may be refused payment for his/her order via payment in 3 or 4 times for various reasons, including: expiration date prior to the last due date, systematic authorisation bank card such as Electro or Maestro, suspicion of fraud, etc.
