What is Floa’s payment in instalments?

It's a solution that allows you to spread your payment over one or more monthly instalments, with or without charges. For example, if you pay in 3 instalments, you will pay the first instalment on the day you place your order, the second instalment the following month and the final instalment the month after that. Charges may apply. Learn more about the Terms and Conditions of payment in instalments with Floa on each country website (switch the language on the top right button), scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on "Terms and Conditions"

How does paying in instalments with Floa work?

When you place your order, select "Floa", then fill in your information. On the next page, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details. Click on "pay my order". It's done!

How do I log into my customer account?

To connect to your customer area, go here. Enter your e-mail address (the one used when placing your order) and click on “First login”. You will then receive a SMS with your temporary password.

Where can I find my payment schedule?

Your payment schedule is included in the emails sent by Floa after approval of your request for payment in instalments, and then 7 days before each instalment is due. You can also find all your payment schedules in your customer area.

How to settle an unpaid invoice?

You can settle your outstanding payments by yourself:
1)
- by clicking on the most recent payment link sent to you by email or SMS;
- in your Floa customer area, by clicking on "regularise an outstanding payment".
2) By contacting our services. You can find information for each country here. Don’t forget to select the wished language.

How do I change my credit or debit card?

You can change your credit or debit card in your Floa customer area. Important: you can change your card up to 7 days before your next direct debit is due.

Can I spread the payment of an outstanding amount?

You can spread the payment of your outstanding instalment by going to your Floa customer area. Click on “pay an amount owing” then “choose to pay in instalments”. You can also contact our services, information can be found on www.floapay.com by selecting your language at the top right corner.

Can I change the dates of my upcoming direct debits?

When your order is confirmed you're no longer able to change the dates of your direct debits. However, if a direct debit is rejected, it will automatically be resent a few days later. Following numerous unsuccessful attempts to re-present the direct debit (10 maximum), you will receive an email explaining how to pay the outstanding amount (or you should refer to the question “How do I pay an amount owing?”)

Can I change my mind and cancel this payment method?

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of subscription regarding your payment in instalments with Floa, to exercice your right of withdrawal. To do this, you can use the detachable Withdrawal Form in the "Payment in Several Instalments" General Terms and Conditions available at the bottom of each website. This form should be sent to the following address: FLOA Bank, SERVICE CONSOMMATEUR – FLOA Bank 36 rue Messines 59686 LILLE CEDEX 9 You must also contact you retailer and arrange to pay for your purchase via an alternative payment method.
