Easy Cash's challenge  lies in managing the diverse financial needs of its customers, who buy second-hand products with variable costs. On the one hand, Easy Cash sells small items at low prices, such as accessories or video games, where the average basket is around €10. On the other hand, some customers opt for more expensive products, such as telephones, jewellery or high-tech equipment, where prices can run into the hundreds of euros. For these more expensive items, it became crucial to offer payment solutions in several instalments. However, offering these payment solutions represented a major challenge for Easy Cash, as the solution had to be both accessible to customers and adapted to the specific nature of the second-hand market.

Easy Cash needed a solution that could be easily integrated with its checkout system, whether in physical shops or on its online sales site, to ensure a frictionless customer journey. At the same time, it was essential that this solution did not generate high additional costs for the company, while maintaining strict control over non-payments, a particularly delicate aspect for the sale of second-hand products. It also had to be adapted to the specific requirements of Easy Cash's customers, who are looking to spread out their payments while taking advantage of the best offers. 

To meet these challenges, Easy Cash called on our expertise in managing payments in instalments1, thanks in particular to our ability to control overdue payments, provide a simple and rapid solution for users, and adapt to a diverse customer base  .
